TO ADD an item to your shopping cart, put your mouse over the products button on the menu and a drop down menu will appear:

Now slide your mouse cursor over the ADD button on the drop down list and click on the word ADD.

After clicking on the add button, the following screen will appear:

The above display shows the six fields you need to enter to give your product enough information for the shopping cart to be able to process it correctly. The fields are:

ID - The actual part number by which you will be referencing this product. This is the product information lookup field by which the cart finds this line item to look up it's information. That means that this is the reference key for this item. This field is case sensitive, so we suggest you use all caps for entering this field.

NAME - The name field is used to categorize your product. For example if you were selling automotive accessories and the part was a set of Husky floor mats, you would probable want to put "Floor Mats" in this field.

DESCRIPTION - The description field is used to describe the part including it's application, size, color, etc. Enough information to let the customer know it is what he though he was buying. After the text description you should include a dash and the part number so you can see what part number he bought on the receipt when you view it.

PRICE - This is pretty self explanatory, the price of the item in dollars and cents. Do not insert the dollar sign 8.98 ( not $8.98 ).

WEIGHT and SHIPPER - The weight and shipper fields are listed together as they are dependent on each other. Review the following table for information on how to properly fill in these two fields.

Our rate chart is based on Averitt Express and the associated rate chart has to be custom generated based on the rating and classification of your product .
