Heff Communications has developed it's own easy to use all purpose shopping cart. The cart was developed in early 2005 as a cooperative effort by Roland Hall of Native Texan and Heff Communications. Roland is a well know security analyst and ASP Programmer. The Cart has gone through several upgrades since it's first version. Most of the changes were to add new features and functionality to the cart that we saw a need for as well as to accommodate requests from users who have purchased the cart.

The Cart can be purchased and installed by anyone who can create a web site and has a program to edit html code. These include Dream Weaver, FrontPage, and even Microsoft WordPad!
